Creative Music Kids' Club
Four weeks, 2x week. $60/family. This is a program to help you kickstart your imagination with music. After a 30 minute interactive Zoom class with Amy, you and your children will have new ideas to enjoy music at home. Each week you'll be asked to bring 3 simple home materials (such as a stuffed animal, a blanket or scarf, a sock, spoons....) to increase the fun! You will also get access to a private group Facebook page for families enrolled, and be able to access videos created by Amy. These video experiences will be short, because music for children should not be a spectator sport! You will be singing, dancing, creating and playing in your home all through the week! Many instruments, puppets, your classmates' creations and much more as we share musical ideas and activities. Parents and caregivers are important to develop love of music and are expected to participate with the child in class. REGISTER
Music Together® (Adult/Child)
IN-PERSON CLASSES WILL RETURN at some point! Watch for the Fall schedule to come out in late July.
Music Together programs around the world offer a mixed-age, research-based, parent/caregiver-child class for infants, toddlers, preschoolers & kindergarten children. Songs, instrument play, rhythm chants, and movement activities taught in a creative yet structured setting. Music is learned through play, with activities that support and respect the unique learning styles of very young children. Music Together classes also nourish a family's efforts to create a rich and joyful musical environment at home, regardless of parents' musical abilities, with wonderful take-home materials. The program develops each child's innate potential to gain basic music competence (singing in tune with accurate rhythm) while fostering a love of music for life-long enjoyment and developing cognitive, emotional and motor skills.
